THE HONEST TAKE
One of the fastest-growing towns in the South
Holly Springs grew 67% in a decade, and it shows in the best way: new schools, new parks, Town Hall Commons anchoring a young downtown, and Ting Park's stadium drawing the whole town on weekends. It's overwhelmingly young families, and the town builds for them.
Growth cuts both ways. Big employers keep arriving - a major vaccine manufacturing campus among them - which supports values, but master plans matter here more than anywhere: today's tree line can be next year's connector road. I read the plans so my clients aren't surprised.
SCHOOLS
Holly Springs High anchors the town; several new schools have opened to absorb growth, and assignments shift - I track them so you don't have to.
LOCAL LIFE
Town Hall Commons and the downtown mural, Ting Park's stadium and courts, Bass Lake Park trails, and Sugg Farm at Bass Lake for festivals.
GOOD TO KNOW
Check the master plan before you fall for a lot backing to trees - growth this fast means the map is always changing.
